Coffee and Cardamom Overnight Oats
Coffee in the morning doesn’t always have to be in a mug. These overnight oats are infused with freshly brewed coffee and warm cardamom, creating a breakfast that wakes you up gently but powerfully. It’s creamy, energising, and has just enough sweetness to feel like a treat, without the crash of pastries or sugary cereals. The best part? You prep it the night before, so your future self wakes up already cared for.

A Wellness Note
Coffee brings antioxidants and, in moderate amounts, a gentle energy boost. Paired with oats and chia, you get slow-release carbs, fibre, and protein — steady fuel that carries you through the morning.
It’s more than breakfast — it’s ritual. A way of saying: yes, the day will be busy, but I’ll start it grounded, nourished, and awake in every sense.
